Good hotel, absolute rubbish entertainment.
Rooms, food, staff, pool, sun beds, hotel position, all excellent, food particularly good, but sadly the evening entertainment is awful, we have had holidays in numerous country’s, never come across such bad entertainment, ( if you can call it That, it is almost as if the hotel doesn’t want you to stay in in the evening,( it is all inclusive) and drink at the bars, the dreadful entertainment encourages you to go out in the after the evening meal, therefor making the whole point of all inclusive, well, no point. If it wasn’t for that, we would gladly go again, but as it is we certainly won’t.More

Wrong time of year
Went towards the end of September. Many places had started to close up for the end of the season. Weather was not too good, hotel was good standard always clean and tidy. Lovely choice of food always fresh and inviting. No problem for a single traveler. More
Good Hotel for Bulgaria but not Riu class.
Hotel and staff ok. Room fine apart from lumpy pillows and very small safe. For AI you would expect the fridge/mini bar to be filled, but there was nothing. Not even a welcome fruit platter. The first impression of the Buffet Restaurant was not so good, it looked very small compared to other buffets, however after a few visits this did not matter as the variety of food choice was very good. Always something to please . The wines were ok but not worth having a second glass. There are only two bars, the pool bar and a lounge/entertainment bar which is open at night. The drinks at the pool bar were not very good. The cocktails were all made from pre-mix bottles and were very bad. They all left a horrid aftertaste. The local "baileys" was all curdled and tasted off, as was the pina colada. If you wanted branded drinks they cost extra. The room safe was40lev for a week or 7lev a day. Check out was at 12.00 but we paid extra to keep on the room till 6pm. This is priced by the hour. Hotel is in a good position , on the beach and not far from Flower Street.More
found this to be a lovely, clean hotel. most staff, particularly in the restaurant, were very accommodating... apart from the bar staff. they only seem interested in the younger, funner, generation. i’m a fussy eater, i managed to find something most nights, but it was a bit of a struggle. everyone else though had no issues with meals whatsoever.
