Flying with other airlines

I'm flying with easyJet, how do I manage my booking?

Check-in

easyJet online check-in opens from 30 days before your flight and closes two hours before departure.

You can check in, add Advanced Passenger Information and download or print your boarding passes for all your flights directly from the easyJet website. If you’re signed into your easyJet account, you’ll need to sign out.

You’ll need to select the option ‘Find Booking’ and enter your surname[s] and flight reference number. Your flight reference number is a seven-character alpha-numeric code that you’ll find on your booking confirmation email, on your e-ticket, in Manage My Booking on the TUI website, and in the TUI app. You won’t be able to access your easyJet account with your TUI booking reference.

If you’re unable to check in online, you can do it at the easyJet bag drop desks at the airport. However, we recommend doing so at least two hours before your flight, because it must be done before the bag drop closing time.

Seating

Seats can be selected at the time after booking, or at any time before you check-in, through Manage bookings on the easyJet website.

easyJet charge a fee for choosing a seat. However, you’ll be allocated a seat for free at check-in if you’d prefer not to pay.

Baggage

Your easyJet baggage allowance will depend on the type of holiday you book.

The allowance will be shown as you go through the booking process, or on the customer documents sent to you after booking.

For standard (23kg) baggage allowance, this allows one bag of up to 23kg per passenger, as well as hand luggage of up to 15 kg 45 x 36 x 20 cm (including any handles or wheels).

Hand luggage only allowance means one bag of up to 15 kg 45 x 36 x 20 cm (including any handles or wheels) and is included in your booking.

Please note – easyJet may change their baggage allowances from time to time, so be sure to check these details on the easyJet website before you travel.

Extra bags, extra weight, special items, or a larger hand baggage allowance can all be purchased through Manage bookings on the easyJet website.

Meals and trip extras

Meals and snacks can be purchased onboard. You can also pre-order meals online.

Travelling with children

If you haven't paid to select your seats, the best way to ensure everyone is seated together is to check in as early as possible. You’re more likely to be allocated seating together at this stage. Check-in opens 30 days before departure.

By default, TUI holidays with easyJet flights for infants under the age of two include seating on an adults’ lap. Only an additional baby changing bag is allowed for the infant (max. 45 x 36 x 20 cm). Bassinets are not available on easyJet flights.
