I'm flying with Enter Air, how do I manage my booking?
If your TUI holiday includes flights that are taken care of by Enter Air, the cabin crew will mostly be Enter Air staff. But, there’ll be some TUI faces on board to lend a hand and make sure you receive the level of service you expect from us.
You can check in, add Advance Passenger Information, download or print your boarding passes, and book flight extras for your trip in Manage My Booking on the TUI website or in the TUI app. Alternatively, you can check in at the TUI desks when you arrive at the airport.
Minimum seat pitch on Enter Air is 28 inches.
