Flying with other airlines

I'm flying with Ryanair, how do I manage my booking?

Check in

Ryanair check-in opens 24 hours before travel. If you haven’t reserved a seat, it will be allocated at this point. If you’ve reserved a seat, you can check in online up to 60 days before travel.

To check in, you’ll need to create a myRyanair account or log in if you're already signed up. To create an account, click on 'Sign Up' in the top right-hand corner on www.ryanair.com and follow the instructions. Please sign up using your own email address.

Once you’ve created your myRyanair account, click on 'My Bookings' and log in with your email address. Click on 'Can't see your booking?' then enter your six digit reference, which you’ll find on your TUI booking confirmation, alongside the email address 3PFRyanair@tui.co.uk.

Just so you know, if you don’t check in online, you’ll be charged a fee to do it at the airport.

Seating

You can select a seat when you make your booking, or at any time before you check in, through My Bookings on the Ryanair website.

Ryanair charge a fee for choosing a seat. You’ll be allocated a seat for free at check in if you’d prefer not to pay.

Luggage

Your Ryanair luggage allowance will depend on the type of holiday you book.

The allowance will be shown as you go through the booking process, or on the customer documents sent to you after booking.

You’ll be able to take a small bag onboard, which can be a handbag or rucksack with dimensions no larger than 40x20x25cm.

If you’ve chosen to include hold luggage in your booking, each passenger can check in one bag that weighs up to 20kg.

As well as this, you can take a larger bag onboard, weighing up to 10kg. This should measure no more than 55x40x20cm.

There’s no cabin bag allowance for infants aged 8 days to 23 months old. However, a baby bag of up to 5kg that measures no more than 45x35x20cm is allowed free of charge, for babies travelling on an adult's lap.

You can bring two items of carry-on baby equipment for free. This can include a pushchair/ or buggy, car seat, booster seat or travel cot. Please bear in mind that Ryanair may change their luggage allowances from time to time, so make sure you check these details on their website before you travel.

Extra bags, extra weight, special items, or a larger hand luggage allowance can all be purchased through My Bookings on the Ryanair website.

Meals and trip extras

You can buy meals and snacks onboard. You’ll find all the details on what’s available in the Ryanair Inflight magazine.
