What if my flight with another airline is delayed or cancelled?

We understand how frustrating it can be to experience flight disruption and we recommend downloading the app of the airline you are flying with ahead of travel so you have access to all the latest information for your flight.

 If your flight is delayed or subject to disruption, your carrier will contact you directly in the first instance and TUI will also be available 24/7 for additional support.  

Please remember, carrier terms and conditions will apply to your flights, you can find these on the carrier website. 

For any delay or disruption, we’ll also automatically rearrange any transfers that are included in your package holiday and notify your hotel of your expected arrival time should this change significantly. 

You can check your rights in accordance with EU Regulation (EC) 261/2004 herewww.caa.co.uk/passengers/resolving-travel-problems/delays-and-cancellations. Please note that any claims will need to be made with your airline directly and not through TUI.
