How important is it I take my phone away with me? Will I really need it?
If you do have a Smartphone with internet access, taking it with you on holiday will make things easier. We recommend that any documents you download, you take a screen shot of - just in case you are unable to access the internet at those times you need them. You can store them in the Travel Wallet on our TUI App. It’s also a great way to keep in touch with TUI as you can contact us through the TUI App. You can download the TUI App here.
