How do you work out your hotel ratings?
We rate our holidays based on our annual reviews and the feedback we get from our end-of-year Customer Satisfaction Questionnaires.
We score hotels and apartments from '2' for no-frills, good value accommodation, to '5' for more comfort and a wider range of facilities.
There may be some differences between accommodation that shares the same rating. That's where our 'plus' rating comes in. Please read through the hotel details page to find out what the hotel has to offer.
The ratings we give our hotels can be different from the official tourist board ratings. We usually show both our rating and the official rating on the hotel details page.
