If you have a booking that's yet to depart, you can manage your booking online.  

Alternatively, you can give us a call. See below for the phone number and opening times. Calls from Ireland landlines cost the standard rate, but calls from mobiles may be higher.  

IF YOU BOOKED IN A TUI STORE: 
If you booked in a TUI Store, please call 01 693 7701 between 9am and 5.30pm from Monday to Friday, and if you're calling from Northern Ireland, please call 0203 451 2778. Just so you know, even if our stores are closed due to a lockdown, you'll still be able to contact us on this phone number. 

IF YOU BOOKED ONLINE OR VIA THE TUI APP: 
If you booked online or on the TUI app, please call 01 693 7700.  
Opening hours for 01 693 7700 are as follows:   

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9am to 6pm   
Wednesday: 9.30am to 6pm
Saturday: 9.30am to 5.30pm
