4) I want to cancel my booking and receive a cash refund - what should I do?
If you've booked a package holiday, or have a flight-only or accommodation-only booking, you're entitled to your money back within 14 days if we have to cancel it. Unless we've cancelled your booking or given you the option to cancel your booking, any cancellations are subject to our standard booking terms and conditions.
We know how important flexibility is at the moment, so we've introduced a flexible changes policy for selected bookings.
You can use Manage my Booking to change your holiday if you booked a package holiday on our website or on the TUI app and your flights were scheduled to be with TUI Group Airlines. If you have a flight-only or accommodation-only booking, if you added insurance to your booking, or if your holiday includes a flight with an airline other than TUI Group Airlines, please call 01 693 7700. Opening hours for 01 693 7700 are as follows:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9am to 6pm
Wednesday: 9.30am to 6pm
Saturday: 9.30am to 5.30pm
If you booked in a TUI Store, please call 01 693 7701 between 9am and 5.30pm from Monday to Friday, and if you're calling from Northern Ireland, please call 0203 451 2778.
