Can I book excursions whilst I'm on holiday?

Yes, you'll be able to choose from a selection of excursions whilst you're away. 
 
You've got the option of either booking with your Holiday Rep or contacting our 24/7 Holidayline Team (+4433 33 365 147). 

Can I still book a TUI excursion, even if I've booked with another tour operator, or if I'm staying in a non-TUI hotel?

Yes. When booking you have the option to choose from either a generic pick up point which you will need to make your own way to prior to the stated pick up time, or choose to be picked up from a TUI hotel.
We recommend you research the location of the Hotels and the generic pick up points in order to select the best option available to you.

How do I book an excursion?

You can book excursions before you go on our Excursions website or give us a call on 00 44 203 636 1903 if you can't find what you're looking for, or you need more information.

​Alternatively, you can book with your Holiday Rep when you get to your resort.

How do I cancel my excursion booking?

Online bookings
If you booked your excursion online and your excursion reference number starts with EXC, please contact our Excursions Team to cancel your booking. If your excursion reference number is made up of numbers only, you can cancel it yourself online using the My Booking option, as long as the excursion is outside 48 hours away. 

If it's less than 48 hours before your excursion, you'll need to contact our Excursions Team to cancel your booking.

Bookings in resort
If you booked your excursion in resort, please speak to your Holiday Rep or the 24/7 Holidayline to cancel your booking. 

Just so you know, you might need to pay a charge if you cancel your excursion. The amount you'll need to pay depends on the terms and conditions of the excursion supplier. You'll see cancellation charge information when you get to the shopping cart point of the booking process. 

How do I change the date of my excursion?

Online bookings
If you booked your excursion online and your excursion reference number starts with EXC, please contact our Excursions Team to change your booking.

Just so you know, you might need to pay a charge if you change your excursion. The amount you'll need to pay depends on the terms and conditions of the excursion supplier. You'll see cancellation charge information when you get to the shopping cart point of the booking process.  

If your excursion booking reference is made up of numbers only, you'll need to cancel it online using the 'My Booking' option. At this point, you'll need to confirm you agree to any cancellation fees and make a new booking. 

Bookings in resort
If you booked your excursion in resort, please speak to your Holiday Rep or our 24/7 Holidayline to change your booking.

Just so you know, you might need to pay a charge if you make changes to your excursion booking.

I've booked an excursion - when will I receive my e-ticket?

You'll receive your excursion e-ticket by email up to 48 hours before you're due to travel.
If it's less than 48 hours until your holiday and you still haven't received your excursion e-ticket, please contact our Excursions Team.

I've booked an excursion but haven't received a confirmation email - has my booking gone through?

If you haven’t received an email confirmation for your excursions booking, please check your spam or junk mail folder. Email confirmations will sometimes be filtered into these folders.
If you still can’t find it, please contact our Excursion Team. Please have the date you selected and the excursion name handy when you call, as this helps us find your booking.
