No, you can't choose the denominations that you receive, but we will always do our best to provide a mixture of small and large notes. 

Transactions for the purchase of foreign currency may be treated as cash advances by your card issuer for which an additional charge may be levied. This is not a charge levied by us, it is out of our control and we have no liability for these charges. Please refer to the terms and conditions of your card for more details.  

If it's a currency that isn't listed in the drop down box then we aren't able to supply it online. Your local TUI Holiday Store may be able to help. 

Unfortunately we are not able to cancel or change your order once it has been confirmed. 

If you are unable to complete the transaction online we suggest visiting your nearest TUI Holiday Store. Additional ID may be require so please take photo ID and proof of address with you. 

Unfortunately, at this time we are only able to offer the home delivery service to our customers in Northern Ireland or Jersey.  

If Royal Mail have tried to deliver your order they will have left a notfication card detailing what you should do next.  

Currency rates are subject to change and can go up or down. The amount you receive will be at the rate at the time of purchase which will be displayed on your order summary and order confirmation.

You may place up to two orders per day for branch collection, only one home delivery order per day is permitted. The minimum order value is £100 and the maximum order value is £2,500. These limits are subject to a maximum of £8,000 in a rolling 90 day period and £15,000 per person per year. The maximum order value may be changed at any time at our sole discretion and without notice.

Orders will be rounded up to the nearest smallest denomination available for the currency you have chosen.
