I've lost my Multi-currency travel money card, what do I need to do?
You can block your card on the Travel Money Card App or via My Account. You can contact Travel Money Card Customer Services on 0203 1300 133 and they will cancel the card to prevent any further usage and arrange for a replacement card to be issued. They will also be able to activate your second card so you can use that instead. If you have a Single Currency Card, they will try to arrange a Western Union money transfer if possible, or a replacement card. Standard call charges apply.
