Why aren’t my previous bookings showing in my account?
The myTUI customer account will only show previous bookings with a departure date in the last 7 years. Make sure your account is using the same email address you used to make the previous bookings. You can access previous bookings by entering the booking reference number into the Bookings page within your myTUI customer account or on the TUI app.
