19) What happens if I can't check in online?

If you're having trouble completing online check-in, the lead passenger on your booking can visit any TUI Holiday Store for help. This is open to anyone who has booked on the TUI website, over the phone, or in one of our Holiday Stores. We'll also print your boarding pass if you need us to.  

If you're visiting a TUI Holiday Store, make sure you bring passports for all the passengers on your booking, as well as your booking reference. Just so you know, there may be a charge for this service.

Unfortunately, our shop staff won't be able to help if you see a pop-up saying that you'll need to collect your boarding passes from the airport, as we can't provide the online check-in service for you. If you see this message, please go to one of the airport bag drop desks when you arrive at the airport, where you can collect your boarding passes. 

Flights with other airlines
You'll sometimes be able to check in at the desk with certain airlines if you're not able to check in online. That said, it's best to check directly with the airline before you travel.
