I didn't receive my dreamliner experience, am I entitled to a refund?
We're sorry that you didn't receive the Dreamliner experience as you were expecting. All of our long haul flights now operate on the 787 Dreamliner aircraft and we don't charge an extra supplement for this aircraft, however sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances or for health and safety reasons we may need to change the planned aircraft type.
You would only be due a refund if your specific seating reservation was unable to fulfilled - please see our "Why didn't I get the seats that I chose using Select Your Seat?" question for more information.
