Whilst you're away
If you have a complaint while you're away, you must notify your Holiday Rep, the hotel management or airline staff straight away so we can try to help you.
When you get back
If you're still not satisfied when you get home, you need to contact our After Travel Customer Support team within 28 days of your return.
