    My wife and I were the guests of "Seventh Heaven" in Sorrento for 2 nights in early October 2019 and we loved it. The view of the Bay of Naples from our balcony was awesome, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the management was excellent, very accomodating and helpful. The short walk down for the passiagata in Sorrento was very scenic and perfect to whet our appetites for sumptious meals in the several excellent restaurants nearby followed by gelato! We will definitely return to Seventh Heaven in the future.

    This hotel needs renovations. It’s nice and quiet and they clean your room every day. However ours has some mould on the wall which is not good. It’s very basic and has great views and the pool area is nice. The bed is hard. There’s a shower curtain and no bathroom window if you’ve got a balcony and sea view the bathrooms at the back and built into the rock side. Overall it’s just basic for the money and it’s more like an apartment but the views and location are good if you like a little 15min walk to town Centre. I’m giving the rating as poor because of the mould.

    This hotel is extremely old and dated- in US - Motel 8 would get better ratings . While breakfast is included it is very limited, when compared to the 7 other hotels we booked in Italy. Older gentleman owner/kind . We booked a few rooms and found them all the same - no desire to return

    positives view only nice recepitionist negatives - walk to town 20 mins but 20 mins up hill back dreadful room depressing i know you dont sit in the room but to relax cannot do this taxi into and out of town 2o euros each way corridors depressing to walk down no luxury at all flowers in pictures defo not in room balcony great view but no privacy all open hotel has never been updated all the good reviews i have seen really dont know where they actually stayed as if its a different hotel

    This is quite a basic hotel,with dinner not available.However the breakfast was good and the staff very friendly and helpful.Our sheets and towels were changed every day.It has the most stunning views over Sorrento and the bay of Naples with Versuvius in the background.Perhaps the best situated hotel there.There is a steep walk down to the town,about 10 minutes so not suitable for those who find walking difficult.We had dinner a couple of times at the next hotel up which was superb.There is good sized pool which again looks over the bay.At night the lights of the city are spectacular.Sorrento is very busy now with a lot of traffic so not good if you want a quiet break.
