    Just come back from a week at this hotel.The staff and Management team were excellent.Everything was done with courtesy and a smile that made you feel valued as a customer.We had a couple of minor issues that were sorted out very quickly and professionally. The best part of this holiday was the entertainment team though who never seemed to pass you without a conversation to check that everything was alright and made a real fuss of all of the children there. The bar staff and restaurant staff were also first class throughout our stay This is a well run hotel with an engaged workforce who are focused on delivering great customer service Well worth a visit.

    Stayed here for a week during Oct half term, hotel is clean and well situated near to Albufeira, few local shops and bars nearby, lovely area. Staff were excellent and hardworking even thought this was their last week of the season. Food was good and plentiful with variety everyday. Entertainment team were amazing, they work extremely hard, just slightly disappointed that the adult entertainment finished around 9.45pm. Rooms were spacious and clean, our balcony door didn’t lock but as we were on top floor wasn’t too worried. Although we took our own kettle would be nice to have one in the room. Overall had a fabulous holiday and would definitely recommend.

    My Husband and I stayed at this Hotel for the first time. What can I say what a great week we had. Friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable room. Cleaned every day. The food was great and had the choice to eat in different restaurant as many times you liked. Entertainment team worked very hard and did a wonderful job. With being a family hotel the kids disco at night was great the kids loved it. Well done to you all. Couldn't fault anything. Already looking for next year. It was my 52rd Birthday while we were there and the manager gave my a call to wish me Happy Birthday and left my a lovely bottle of bubbly. Which was a lovely surprise.

    FANTASTIC, FANTASTIC holiday from start to finish, couldn't have wished for a better hotel.Stayed in alot of Riu hotels around the world but this one is top notch. Everything and everyone is so lovely and so hardworking all the staff are a credit to the hotel. The cleandiness is unbelievable such a high standard throughout and the food and drinks are very good. The animation team are very good and put some thought into the shows they performed really good also the barman are the best we've ever had so quick and efficient but always happy and pleased to see you. Will definitely be returning to this hotel for many years to come. Thankyou for a fantastic holiday.

    From start to finish the holiday was fantastic. The hotel and facilities are excellent. The staff are friendly and can not do enough. The food and drink is really very good. The animation team are always entertaining. Great Holiday.
