Lovely clean and friendly hotel, choice of meals good and evening entertainment good both for kiddies and parents only drawback is that it is situated half up a steep hill nicknamed cardiac hill but there is a lovely bar half way.Reccomend.More
Good and not so good
First the good. Two good pools, large kids pool, staff friendly, food 3 star although limited choice, 3 star clean, plenty of bars and food locally. Large square a short walk up the hill with loads of bars and restaurants. The not so good. Hotel in need of a major refurbishment. All inclusive hard work, every time you get a drink you have to hand a card over. You have to hand your glass back to get your card back. They have a big yellow Tardis that dispenses beer automatically. The all inclusive wristband has a sensor in it that you tap against the Tardis which then dispenses the beer. The catch is you have to queue at the bar to get a glass. Hardly anybody uses it. Although when you have a glass your made for the evening. This hotel is budget with a capital B, definitely 3 star just. Entertainment 3 star. My stay wasn’t unpleasant but probably will not return unless short of cash.More

Basic, old and shabby.
Just returned from here after a four night break - this is an old basic hotel and hasn’t had a refurb in the rooms or bar since we were last there over twenty years ago - chipped bath, hairline cracks in toilet and the only socket could be accessed by moving the bedside table out! The walls are paper thin and you can hear everyone passing the rooms, next doors toilet flushing and shower (so of course you can hear the drunken aggressive behaviour of some guests after 1am) I hate the fact that they advise you to use the safe when it is another cost to the holiday maker - this should be free given their recent thefts. I understand that it works hard as it is always busy but broken loungers around the pool area, no ashtrays on the tables outside at the bar area this leads to filthy floors or plastic cups with cigarette ends dumped in them, painted concrete floors around the pools worn and peeling and the cafe in children’s area looked dirty and there was always dirty plates everywhere and rubbish on the floor. The maid took my travel kettle cups and I asked about them on reception three times - three times told they would look into it, smiled at me but I knew they couldn’t care less. I asked what time check out was, was informed it was midday only to have the maid knocking the door before 10am asking what time were we leaving!! Will never ever stay here, or at any other med player again. Crap! More
Ok but probably wouldn't go back
Just returned from a 4 night stay with my husband and 5 year old daughter. We stayed all inclusive. The good points were the room was clean, the pool was good and my daughter loved it. There was a mini disco every night which she also loved. In the main staff were friendly and we didn't have a problem with the drinks card system although more self serve at the lower pool would have been good as there was only ever one person serving there. The not so good points were the food, very poor choice for children and my daughter is not the most fussy of eaters. She ate chips for every meal. The food was very bland, macaroni cheese which tasted as if there was no cheese in it for example. My husband and I also did not enjoy it and found ourselves not looking forward to meal times. We ate lunch out 3 times despite being AI. Also the walls in the rooms were paper thin, we could hear everything from surrounding rooms and I mean everything. Took a bit of explaining to my 5 year old. Overall a good holiday but we probably would not return to this hotel. More
This hotel is a deserved 3 star , needs updating as looks shabby , the food choice was sufficient but plentiful the trays were topped up as soon as required . Throughout the hotel the staff were absolutely fabulous, the resteraunt staff were super efficient, reception staff the same and the cleaners did a great job , i can truthfully say over all the years of holidaying The Bali staff are up there with the best .We had a patio door with a broken lock that once reported was fixed within hours . We stayed in a studio for three and if you can stretch your budget its worth the investment, it was huge and very comfy . Oh yes the hill lol short but steep , it didnt kill us and we are both in our 60s . The pool areas are fab , well looked after ,great for the kids and secured on an evening so no accidents .More
