Great hotel in beautiful location
Just returned from a fabulous week at this hotel in a beautiful part of Ibiza. The staff are so helpful and attentive and always have a smile on their faces. The food in the main buffet restaurant was great with plenty of variety every day. Also worth trying the Japanese & Mediterranean restaurants for a change, both were lovely. Our room on the 5th floor was absolutely fine & wasn't small at all, we also had a pleasant view. The bed was very comfortable. The entertainment in the evening was good & the entertainment manager was hilarious & such good fun. However, it didn't seem to be on for that long but this didn't bother us. All inclusive was great & plenty of choice of drinks etc. Unfortunately the pool was cold but they usually are abroad! If you just want to totally chill out & relax in a peaceful, beautiful setting this is the place for you.More

Returned for second visit this year to this lovely hotel. Beautiful views, relaxing and chilled atmosphere with lovely weather for October. You do need to move sun beds at this time of year, as sun is low and areas become shady quickly but plenty of spare sun beds so not a problem. Cold swimming pool is a problem, so is only used by serious swimmers and would be nice to just relax in it (was even too cold to enjoy on my June visit). This could be an easy and quick improvement for the hotel. However, nice staff, food, views, position and general atmosphere. To score a 5 would need changes to pool mentioned and some more comfortable seating areas in general parts of hotel plus softer beds and few additions to make hotel feel more luxurious. Will I return here ‘yes’ as did generally have a lovely chilled week. More
Nice hotel a little tired in places, lots of steps so not good if your mobility is not good . Thompson rate this hotel platinum? Definitely not ! If you are a sun worshiper it's not for you you have to chase the sun a lot quite shaded. Pool small &and freezing, rooms small but clean . beds (awful so hard it's like sleeping on concrete) you can ask at reception for a mattress topper free of charge . Staff excellent especially entertainment team they make you feel special , restaurant staff excellent food excellent lots of choice Drinks choice very good overall a very nice stayMore

I spend one week in this hotel, and I have to say that it’s the best hotel that I had ever been, the views and the location are amazing, the personal are very kind and helpful. They have a lot of variety of foods in the buffet.More
After a slight problem with room allocation, we would like to thank Isidor on reception who managed to resolve the issue successfully. The buffet restaurant rates very highly for this category of hotel. All the staff deserve praise for making our stay very enjoyable. Birthday extras were very appreciated! Beautiful location with lots of activity in the cove. Room tip: Bear in mind when booking a jacuzzi room there are only 8 with large private terraces. The rooms on the 1st floor share a terrace between 4 rooms. Overall would happily return. More
