Value for Money
My family stayed here for 4 nights in July '17. Generally nice hotel and we got what we paid for. Room Our first room was awful. Stains on the wall so asked to change room immediately. Staff were really helpful in changing our room and did everything to fix the issue Breakfast Food generally nice but bread often tasteless. Plenty to ear but often long queues to get most food in particular the juicer. Staff were helpful and often too few to manage large number of tables and people. Pool Really nice and generally free from rubbish. Location Plenty of shops around but too close to Magalluf for me personally. Big plus is that the hotel was a short walk to the beach. Generally nice hotel but wouldn't return as too close to Magalluf.More
Great Holiday with kids
We had 1 bed apt. the room was very nice large living room and also large bedroom with comfy mattress. 2 bathrooms ( I didn't expect). We had half board. Breakfast was very good, many selection cold, hot, fruits and sweets. Dinner buffet was also very delicious. every day was alsways something different. Staff in the hotel were very good. Location is great. About 300m to the beach and to many restaurants and pubs. there was only one issue we had. water in the kids pool was cold, even colder that in the sea.More
A hidden gem
The entrance of the hotel is hidden slightly behind a gate, but once inside the hotel it is a very pleasant surprise. The hotel is immaculately clean and bright. The pool area is spacious, and during our visit (2nd week in September) there were plenty of free sun beds, we were spoiled for choice of where to sit. Our room was clean and bright with a small, well equipped kitchenette. We usually go B&B, but this time we were self catering. There is a well stocked supermarket around the corner from the hotel, and a little further away (easy walking distance) there was an Aldi. I did find some of the restaurants in the resort a little disappointing, apart from My Thai, which was very good, so on a couple of occasions we chose to eat in the hotel. The food and choice was very good, and for €15 each it was very good value. There are pool towels for hire, for a refundable deposit of €10 each. These can be changed 3 times a week. The pool was not heated and was absolutely freezing cold. The sea was warmer. There is a childrens pool/play area which is a good distance away from the main pool area, which is a good idea for those who require some peace and quiet. There was an entertainment programme, although during the day, we were out and about, so didn't see what was on offer. We did see two evening shows, one of which was a Jackson 5 tribute, which was very good, but the drinks at the bar are far too expensive. Whilst watching the evening show, there was not many people who had drinks on their tables. So a note to the Management: reduce the price of the drinks and more people will use the bar and stay in the hotel. We were certainly put off by the price of the drinks. It was a short walk to the beach, and far enough away from Magaluf. The indoor pool and spa area were closed (not sure why) which was a shame as we had two days of rain, and would have used the spa. There were some very nice bars around the bays. Overall a very nice hotel.More

Nice hotel, good location
good location for families, nice and quiet, pool is very nice. Disappointed that we asked for a room with double bed and was given one with 2 x single pushed together (i know this is often bedding configuration in europe, however they usually but 1 double sheet to hold them together) this room the beds were made up separately and so it was impossible to sleep close to my partner without these separating during night and one person falling into gap- this is my biggest complaint about hotel and was really just laziness from maids service. breakfast buffet was ok. overall we enjoyed our stay and i would recommend the hotel if you want to be on the magaluf side of islandMore
Loved this hotel. Was very clean and tidy and our roo.com was amazing. If you don't want to stay in the hotel for evening entertainment, there are so many places near the hotel you can go. A walk on the beach is 2 minutes walk. Turn left and tou can walk to magaluf. NOT AS BAD AS WHAT PEOPLE MAKE OUT. Turn right and there are lits of bars and restaurants and you can walk to the next resort in 10 minutes for more bars and restaurants. Over the road from the hotel is a bar called Papis great family bar catering food and live evening entertainment. Well worth a visitMore
