We chose this hotel after recommendations from friends. The first positives came after we walked through the entrance, friendliest staff we’ve ever encountered, cleaners busily keeping the hotel spotless & no charge for the room safe. Only negative was no pool towels but easily rectified with a trip to the shop. There was a good on site gym. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which overlooked the pool. The bedroom & bathroom were on an upper floor, no problem for us but might be a safety issue ( steepness of stairs) for young children / older people, so studio would probably be more appropriate. Accommodation was spacious & clean, good fridge, microwave & hob. Spacious balcony with good furniture & clothes driers. Only negative was no dressing table as such for the wife’s numerous toiletries. The next welcome surprise was the bike garage, on site bike shop (Bianchi based) & the Bianchi Hire bikes which we weren’t aware of - good quality kit. The bike garage was immaculate, washing & drying facilities, drinking water for filling bidons, tools on the wall, track pumps & padlocks 🔐 available for a refundable €10. We went B&B but decided to upgrade to half board as per our 2 Australian friends. The upgrade was definitely the correct decision, the quality of the food was excellent, great choice & friendly staff. The bar was good, reasonable prices, plastic glasses only whilst pool in use, a sensible H&S implementation, the bonus being the pint glasses of cava sangria, one blew my socks off! :•). A couple of minutes walk to the seafront. All in all a great place to stay, needless to say we have booked for next year & would highly recommend this hotel. One further observation is that this hotel did not appear ‘tired’ as the majority of Spanish hotels we have stayed at in recent years.More
Definitely deserves 5 star ratings!
Everything was even better than we expected! The rooms are very spacious, clean and the kitchenette has everything equipped you could ever need to prepare some food on your own. The bathroom is also very well kept and very clean. The food and the drinks at the bar (especially the Pollo sandwiches) were delicious! The breakfast was a big plus too, there were plenty of options to chose from and as soon as a dish was empty it was replaced! What i especially liked was the choice of different kind of milk, as in regular, soy, almond etc.. All in all we had a great stay and will definitely be back next year! :) Also extra credits to Caitlin at the Front Desk and Maria Francesca from the Housekeeping (hopefully i remember their names correctly) who both have been incredibly sweet and helpful! :) The only negative thing that stayed with me, that could potentially bother people are the thin walls. If you have noisy neighbours you will definitely be woken up!More
A lovely relaxing break for those who don't want to just lie on the beach all day long!
We travelled to Port de Pollensa for the first time and stayed in a one bedroom apartment at Hoposa Apartments in October this year. We were very impressed with the standard of the facilities, the location of the hotel and the warm welcome we received from the staff. From the first moment we arrived the team made us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We indulged in 5 swimming lessons as we enjoy triathlons and this was a perfect venue to work on technique but combine working out with chilling out.More

We stayed at Hoposa Villaconcha for a week from the 25th September to the 2nd October this year in one of the studios on a self catering basis, and I cannot fault anything about it. The building itself is very well presented, and immaculately clean inside and out.Our studio was well equipped. We had a small kitchen area that had everything we needed, and the bathroom was a good size with a large shower. Our view from the balcony looked down onto the pool area and we could also see the beach in the distance. The apartments are ideal for couples and families,in fact it is very family friendly, from the play area and splash pool and not forgetting Dylan, the very lively and lovely children's entertainer. If you like cycling and keeping fit,you will be in your element here too, there is a very well equipped gym and cycle hire shop. As we ate out and did our own meals,I didn't get the opportunity to try the meals but what I saw looked and smelled lovely, and there was plenty. The staff are absolutely wonderful, they will do their best to assist you and always have a smile on their face. I have left a part of my heart at Hoposa Villaconcha, and I will definitely be back next year! More
A WARM WELCOME AWAITS YOU
This was my first visit to this hotel. I came here with my wife, son, daughter and grandaughter for a ' family ' holiday On arrival, we were greeted by one of the most friendly and helpful reception teams I have ever encountered on my travels. Over the course of our holiday, we found that nothing was too much trouble and it was always service with a smile. Front of house image is very important and these ladies on reception are a great credit to the hotel. Another strong point of this hotel is its diverse client base. Families with young children, cyclists and couples are all well catered for. There is an excellent swimming pool and gym. The splash pools and play areas are a kids paradise, The hotel rooms are very well appointed with all mod cons. Whilst the hotel does lack a sea view, the seafront is only a couple of minutes walk away, Our room had a splendid view of the mountain backdrop to Puerto Pollenca, In summary, good value for money and we cannot wait to return,More
