As well as a pair of pools and a waterpark, this place has a top location – the beach is a couple of minutes’ walk away and a 5-minute taxi ride will land you in the centre of town.
The Lanzasur Splash Resort is in a great spot, just a 5-minute walk from Playa Flamingo Beach. But location isn’t the only draw – this place also has a waterpark within its grounds.
Bungalows here come in interconnected pairs – they're in neutral tones and have a minimalist feel to them.

Very bad holiday
We stayed here for 11nights on an inclusive holiday but the only things that were included were crap food and a really bad selection of drink reception staff were great the pools were great the water park was fantastic my grandchildren loved it but us adults loved the kid's entertainment but not the adult stuff we all went down to the town most nights and got our food from there. Plus we hated the fact that we had to part with £100 before we even left reception as you have to pay for aircon towls for the pool tv remote it's a joke and we will never go back to this complex. This was our first all inclusive holiday as a family of 4. I would have given this hotel 4/5 if we had not had money stolen from our room and the recpetion team/management wanted nothing to do with it. Spent 1/2 day at the police station-taxi ride away and claimed on insurance. 3 other people we spoke to that week had money stolen from the room - June 2017. Food was good for adults and children. You can only get a coffee/tea in the day in polystyrene cups which I didn't like. Animation team were good, enjoyed the pilates and aqua aerobics. Beach is lovely nearby. Water park is very good.More
Good holiday except for the food
Went here with wife and kids last week. It's a lovely place. Kids loved the pools on site. Apartments look abit run down, (sofa beds and kitchens). Entertainment great for kids, nothing really for adults but if you've got kids you'll have fun with them, water park was ok, Waves not on very often, slides were good and lazy river. A big let down on this holiday for us was the food on site, breakfast, dinner and evening , alot of salad and veg, all veg was frozen veg or canned vegetables, the quality of the other foods available then was terrible, burgers/sausages/nuggets like mush when you bite into them. Loads of horrible fish which I normally I eat fish but couldn't eat any on offer here, loads of plain pasta every day, and not nice sauses to go with it. And plain rice. Basically everything was very bland in taste and nothing really went together to make a meal. I'm not a fussy eater at all,I normally would eat anything, but really struggled to have a decent meal all week, found myself walking back and forth looking for something I fancy to put on plate and a few times I just put the plate back because just couldn't face eating anything as had tried in earlier in week and knew how descussting it was.one night there was a bbq out by a pool bar area which we thought was a great idea, that was until we got to the food which was absolutely covered in fly's,even my six year old said I'm not eating that with flies on it. We went out for food a few times towards end of week as wanted a decent meal. First restaurant you walk past on way to beach was good. Lanzasur resort is a great place, all staff on resort are fantastic, close to lovely beach( take snorkel and bread for fish). The one and only big let down was the food. Lots of other guests we spoke to all said the same. More
Great Family Holiday
My husband, my four-year-old son and I all had a fantastic holiday at the Lanzasur Splash Resort. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are very helpful. The rooms are more like small villas, and while big enough for the three of us, might be a squeeze for four. Rooms are well equipped, however, with a fridge, microwave and hob. The pools are great, with plenty of sun loungers. Entertainment was ok, if you're into that sort of thing (we're not). The supermarket on site has a decent selection of basics and wine. The beach is only a short walk away, where there are shops and restaurants. The two highlights for us were the water park and the kids' club. We went to the water park every day, and it was a great way to entertain our son (and us!). My son also loved the kids' club, which runs from 10.30am to 12.30pm and 3.15pm to 5pm each day. We usually put him in in the morning, which gave us a couple of hours' peace! The food is not amazing, but I suppose you get what you pay for. We didn't go hungry though, as there was always something we liked, even if it was just chips. Breakfast is the best of the three meals, with a good selection of continental and cooked breakfast items. The wine and spirits offered as part of the all inclusive are not great either, but again you get what you pay for. The Tropical beer is quite nice though, so we just stuck with that. Overall, we had a great holiday. We would definitely recommend for families with children. More
Fantastic family holiday
Upon arrival at around 8/9pm the lovely man at the desk said “please go and eat and we’ll check you in after”, to which we did. Finding the room was difficult however their is enough friendly people to help. During our week holiday, the animation team were amazing!! They went out their way to make you feel at ease at comfortable, they were fantastic with the children - I couldn’t thank them enough. There was activities from morning till night, around the pool for both children and adults to join in with. A huge thank you the team. All the staff were helpful, chatty and friendly. The reception staff were always happy to help with any problems or concerns that may arise. During my stay I had two massages, that were fantastic. The lady is lovely and makes you feel at ease. Their is also a gym on site, however I did not use it. The food - their was a lot of choice in dinning room. A kids buffet with different choices each night, (chicken nuggets, burgers, beans, chips, hotdogs etc). And my children loved all the desserts, a different range each day. Theirs even an ice cream bar. Overall we were very pleased with the choices and the food. The hotel is very very clean and was cleaned regularly, whilst we were there - I seen them clean the pools, glass was cleaned every other day, and we had our room cleaned with fresh towels every two days. We had a fantastic holiday and would definitely go back. More
