A very nice stay..
We have stayed at Hotel Troya for three times now: mid-June 2012, eary-June 2017 and late-September 2017. The location is excellent; very close to the beach and no disturbance from local traffic. The rooms are average, but with good beds. Cleaning is good. The staff - in general - is polite and provide good service. The garden has large pool area with plenty of space for everybody. All in all a good choice of hotel, as we would never select the same hotel again and again unless we would be satisfied.More

The hotel is in the best location. Close to the beach, close to the clubs. The rooms are not better but are okay. The room service are good. I was staying there with my family and I have a very good holiday.More
Do not go "All Inclusive"
My husband and I liked it but were shocked at the all inclusive at this hotel. There was only a few hours in the day to use all inclusive which were a couple of hours in the morning, then 3-6 pm in the afternoon and nothing until 10pm and closed again at 11.45pm. We usually go for a pre-dinner drink but anything other than the above hours had to be paid for. This hotel chain should not do all inclusive. I also had my new jacket stolen from the room and the management did not want to knowMore
Spot on for a cheaky week!
Could not fault this hotel not 4 star in my opinion I would say closer to 3 star, food was plentiful and very good if you could not find something to eat you must be extremely fussy, this would apply to breakfast, lunch or dinner. We were all inclusive and had no issue with the drink choice and the card system all worked fine. Hotel facilities were fine, clean room, plenty off beds available at the pool regardless of the times we visited, staff we came across were helpful and pleasant, towels changed daily, beds changed once in the week that we were there. On the beach in a fantastic location with plenty of bars and restaurants close by which we used regardless of the fact we were AI, well you have to live a little don't you !!!More

Great hotel/ room not tot safe
We have just returned from a 5 day stay, great clean hotel very friendly staff. Rooms are cleaned daily and towels changed if needed, rooms are lovely . We traveled with a 22 month old and had to block the door as no extra locks to stop little escapees the doors are easily opened from the inside, also no proper locks on the balcony doors, if your traveling with children at a curious age I'd advise to ask for a ground floor room . Location is brilliant but noisy as it's on the front but it never bothered us we enjoyed the music while sat out at night . The room card is used for buying drinks and food in the hotel I would recommend paying daily so you can keep track of spending as it can soon mount up . More
