Q: Where will I find my booking reference?
A: Your 8-digit booking reference can be found on the top left of the booking confirmation email you have received in your email that you used to purchase your holiday.
Q: Are infants included in this promotion?
A: Unfortunately not, infants under 2 years of age are not included in this promotion and are unable to use any of the rewards available. Upon registration , the lead booker should include the booking party number minus any infants included in the booking.
Q: How long does the promotion run for?
A: The promotion runs between 21st November and 28th November 2022. You must have purchased a holiday from TUI either in a TUI store or online at tuiholidays.ie, departing 1st January 2023 – 30th April 2024, within this timeframe. You then have until 30th September 2023 to register on the website and until 31st January 2024 to use your chosen rewards.
Q: How do I get my rewards?
A: Once the lead booker has successfully registered on the website, you’ll be emailed links and unique claim codes to the number of your booking party, which will allow you to register on the website – here you can choose and claim your rewards. This link will be sent to the email address you registered with.
Q: How do I use my rewards?
A: Once you’ve clicked on the link within your email, you’ll be taken to a page which shows you the rewards you can claim. Simply click on the ‘claim’ button for your chosen reward and you’ll receive your voucher code. This can then be used at the relevant reward partner. A maximum of one of each of the rewards may be redeemed.
Q: When will I receive my rewards?
A: You’ll be emailed a link which will allow you access to the rewards within
seven working days. Once you access the reward code, this will also be emailed through to your registered email address. If you don't receive it, please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: How long is each reward valid for?
A: Reward expiries may differ, please refer to the terms on https://www.tuiholidays.ie/tuirewards for more information
Q: Can I get more than one reward?
A: You can redeem one of each of the rewards. You’ll not be able to claim more than that.
Q: Can I use my rewards with another promotional discount?
A: Unfortunately, not. You’re unable to use your rewards with any other promotional offer.
Q: Can I get a refund on any of my rewards if I do not use them?
A: Unfortunately, not. Vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
