Excellent apartments and such a pleasant stay rooms spotless and large, nice touch with the sauna in the bathroom, lovely views of the Skii slopes from balcony. would definitely stay again and already looking to book again this year. Thank you

The room is cleanish which is good. However, the NOISE from the bowing alley is unbearable and nobody should dare to put you through this during holiday. And what’s worse is that this noise goes though most of all night, past 23!!Going on till midnight and taking me 2 hours plus to put the kids to sleep. At least they should have the decency to let you know before you book.

The room we had on 2nd floor was noisy in the evening while bowling hall was opened till 11pm, noisy in the morning because of car park and the stairs where kids drag their sleds. The room itself was a bit on the small side but it had everything we needed - kitchen, drying cabinet for ski gear and sauna. My hubby and I are both light sleeper so we decided to upgrade the room to a quieter room on the top floor despite the price. The second room was a suite with a lot more space and very quiet. We could still hear the bowling hall but it did not bother us. We had a room at Unna Mannu before whenever we came to Levi in the last 3 years. Now we know how good that room was. It had a washing machine and everything worked there. This second room at Levi Gold was ok, but the door hinges were quite old, we had to close the toilet door multiple times by force so we wouldnt set the alarm off because of the sauna steam. The twin beds were small and cheap. They were unstable and I felt like falling off every night from the bed. Everything else was nice. The staff, the cleaners, the kitchen utensils, the cleanliness of the room, the service we received and the location. We loved how closely everything was nearby. It is a 2 mins walk to zero-point. We had our own ski storage space outside our room. We took airport shuttle which was just outside Levi Spa Hotel.
