Crazy Reindeer is close to the slopes and full of pampering options, so it offers relaxation and get-up-and-go in equal measure.
You’ll find this cosy retreat about 10 minutes’ walk from Levi. It’s well geared up for thawing out, and comes with communal snugs with crackling log fires and plump leather sofas.
There’s a choice of bedrooms at Crazy Reindeer, including family rooms with a private sauna. And, if you've got the whole family in tow, suites sleep up to eight.
This hotel comes with a SnowClub, where families can get involved with entertainment and activities. You can join the SnowClub entertainment team for indoor and outdoor activities like snowman-building, tobogganing and Christmas crafts. There's plenty of entertainment, too, including live shows, festive parties and a Christmas-themed silent disco.
Please note that if you stay at the Crazy Reindeer, it is situated in the Annexe building.

ARRIVE IN KITTILA
You’ll get a traditional cooked English breakfast on your flight to Lapland. Once you’ve landed at Kittila Airport, you’ll be greeted by Santa’s elves who will whisk you off to collect your thermal clothing before taking you to your hotel. The afternoon’s free for you to get a feel for the place.

TASTER SESSIONS
You’ll be heading out on a short husky-sledge ride taster session today, or a snowmobile sleigh ride. If you’d prefer, you can try your hand at making Christmas ornaments. Then you’ve got some free time this afternoon, so you can spend some time in the snow, or book an extra TUI experience – just make sure you book it before you go so you don’t risk missing out. The agenda looks a little different if you’ve booked a three-night trip that starts on a Monday – you’ll be off out for a day of festive fun, and later on you’ll be meeting up with Santa’s Elves, Mrs Claus and Santa Claus himself.

FREE TIME/FESTIVE FUN/TASTER SESSIONS
If you’ve booked a four-night trip that starts on a Wednesday, today’s free to do as you please. There’s an action-packed day in store if you’re on a three-night trip that starts on a Sunday – it kicks off with a list of festive-fun activities and it’s followed up with your meeting with Santa and his elves. Plus, it’s time for your festive finale this evening. If you’re on a four-night trip that starts on a Thursday, today’s agenda’s filled with festive activities and your meeting with Santa Claus. Meanwhile, those on a three-night trip that starts on a Monday can enjoy their husky-sledge ride or snowmobile sleigh ride taster sessions today followed up by a festive finale this evening.

FLY HOME/FESTIVE FUN/FREE TIME
Whether you stayed for three or four nights, you’ll get a festive Christmas dinner on your flight back home. For those on a three-night trip, it’s time to head back to the airport today ready for your flight home. Or, if you’re on a four-night trip that starts on a Wednesday, today’s agenda kicks off with festive activities followed by your meeting with Santa and your festive finale. If your trip started on Thursday, you’ve got a day of free time to do as you please. Your festive finale will take place this evening, too – just remember, you’ll need to hand your thermal clothing back in before you head for dinner.

SnowClub
This is one of our SnowClub properties, which means Captain T will be on hand for plenty of festive fun. He’ll entertain the little ones with activities like snowdog-building, Christmas-themed storytelling and arts and crafts. Plus, he’ll be hosting special festive parties and sing-alongs. Family-friendly quizzes and games are part of the line-up, too.

Taivas restaurant*
This restaurant is also known as the Sky restaurant, and you'll find its ceiling adorned with twinkling lights. It's located on the top floor and presents grand views of Levi. The breakfast buffet offers pastries, cereal, salted smoked salmon, feta cheese, scrambled egg, hash browns, bacon and baked beans. There's is also Mediterranean vegetables and fruits, too. And when it comes to a fruit juice choice, you can choose your selection via a tablet, even. Dinner is also a full and flavoursome buffet that includes local specialities.

Restaurant Ämmilä*
This restaurant's decor is warm and welcoming. You'll find wooden flooring throughout with patterned rugs on show, too. Wooden tables and chairs, delicate lamps overhead and framed art pieces add to that homely feel. Focusing on the menu itself, lunch is a buffet number that features reindeer meatballs, fresh fish and a vegetarian option. There's also a salad section with a range of dressings. The à la carte menu is available late afternoon into evening, too. You'll have a discount at this eatery as long as you order a three-course meal and can present your hotel card. The restaurant is just a short stroll away- as it's part of the hotel complex.

Annexe 2 Bedroom Family Room with Sauna
This 2 bedroom family room can occupy up to four guests. The decor has a warmly feel to it, using earthy tones for furnishings which include armchairs, a desk and wooden chair, plus cushions. You'll have a separate bathroom with a bathtub, shower, toilet, washbasin and mirror. And you'll be able to have a hot drink in the morning with a kettle, too. Room service* is available at a charge.
