    Magical Trip

Hotel is lovely cosy and warm the large clothes dryers in the room were very useful. We enjoyed the breakfast but preferred to eat out at night. The reception staff were extremely helpful when we couldn't find a sledge they sorted one out within minutes of asking. The Tui santa experience was the most magical afternoon ever my little grandaughter had a fantastic time yes the taster sessions are short but were good fun and Santa was amazing. We visited water world a 10 minute walk from the hotel and spent a fun few hours there. We also did the excursion to the husky farm which we all loved especially getting to pet the little husky puppies. We also took the gondola up to the top of the ski slopes where there is a cafe at the top which does a lovely lunch. Yes it is very expensive but was worth every single penny !!!
    Great Central Hotel

We enjoyed our stay at the Sirkantahti. We booked through TUI and opted for the full board option. The food was great, restaurant was clean and staff were friendly. Our room was perfect, we were situated in the main building and had a loft room which was perfect for our teenage boys, it was clean and you had a drying cupboard for all of your suits at the end of the day and the sauna was also a welcome after -20 temperatures. We had an issue of our room being a little hot but we mentioned to hotel staff and they came and sorted it straight away. Our room was cleaned every day but could of done with some more towels but I'm sure it we had asked they would of sorted it. Location wise, the hotel is perfect. It's central to everything, supermarket across the road, sledging in the ski village a 5 minute walk which also takes you past restaurants and gift shops. The taster sessions, santa visit and festive finale with TUI were top notch, however we didn't book any main experiences(expensive) as we did other things such as took the gondola up the mountain to have a hot chocolate in a panoramic cafe. Ice Karting which I highly recommend a free 10 min bus ride to the site and straight on the Karts they also had ice tubing there too. Gutted we didn't book the northern lights tour (but luckily we saw them outside the hotel)but if we did we would of gone for one of the companies in Levi as TUI charge extortionate rates fot the day trips on top of what you have already paid. All in all great holiday and can't wait to go back to Levi again

We stayed at this hotel in December and was so pleased we picked this one. The rooms are clean and the breakfast buffet was brilliant. The hotel is very central to everything and there is a shop across the road. we loved our holiday to Levi and will defiantly return.
Don’t book Lapland with TUI it’s a rip off

Don’t book Lapland with TUI, it’s a rip off. Book a better hotel yourself and then book Northern Lights Village for your activities, they pick you up and drop you off. From the minute you get off the plane, TUI heard you like cattle onto buses. All the other tour operators had friendly elves who greeted you at arrivals and escorted guests to the buses. TUI staff were beyond unhelpful. The Santa experience was underwhelming and again felt like you were just a number. The ‘taster experiences’ are a waste of time and the husky dogs looked malnourished and it was quite traumatic for an animal lover. This hotel is in desperate need of refurb. The bathroom tiles were cracked and they give you a shower curtain you could spit through and sticks to you. The radiators are old and don’t keep the rooms warm. The food was HORRENDOUS, at breakfast they have three cheap toasters so you are waiting ages in a line. The reception staff are not friendly, I asked to make a local call and was told no. Honestly avoid TUI all together and just book things separately you will save money.
    Fantastic location close to everything

Great location, very clean rooms and a good selection for Breakfast. Didn't entry the lunch or dinner options so I can't comment. Reception staff always friendly and welcoming. Best time for breakfast is early .. It's calmer before 9am. Rooms were a little bit too warm sometimes but that better than being cold.
