Our first time on a winter holiday and in Lapland. We stayed in a one bed apartment with sitting room/kitchen diner, bathroom with sauna and bedroom. It was comfirtable and functional rather than luxurious. Lovely location, handy for all activities, supermarket and lake, fabulous friendly staff, frequent ( very expensive) transport. Free buffet breakfast great. Evening meal chouce of further buffet or a la carte but this was poor, there are though plenty of restaurants within a short walk. Would prefer the pool to open in the mornings as not oprn until 3om! We loved it. If we stayed here again it would be in a lodge to feel even closer to nature but overall this stay was close to perfect. Highly recomend.
    Amazing in log cabin

Amazing. We stayed in a log cabin which was warm & cosy & rustic. Some people suggest they need updating but why? They are perfectly functional & not supposed to be luxurious. Just hubby & I. They are designed to accommodate 3 people but personally I don’t think they’re big enough for 3. Ours was a 7 minute walk to restaurant of hotel. Stayed half board which suited our needs. Food was good especially breakfast. We loved having the log burner & our own sauna & being set apart from the hotel. Didn’t use cooking facilities in the kitchenette but made tea & coffee & drank wine. Lots of storage space. We dried our clothes in no time in sauna. My one & only complaint is that when we arrived we are dinner as it was 8pm then were given key to cabin & had to find our own way to it which was a bit challenging in the dark & in the middle of a snow blizzard. Would have been better to have a porter show us to our cabin. We are returning next year
    Fantastic experience

We had a wonderfull time here! The staff is so friendly and helpfull, the food at the buffet (breakfast and dinner) was delicious and we enjoyed it there were also some Lappish dishes to choose from. The location is wonderfull and we stayed in a lodgecabin which was great. We definately want to come back here and highly recommend this place.
Highly recommend this hotel and the TUI Lapland holiday.

Booked a Lapland holiday with TUI at this hotel. We booked a log cabin which was very clean and well equipped. The sauna was a nice touch The surroundings are beautiful. Food was really good and plentiful with a lot of choice. Staff friendly and helpful. Very impressed for a three star hotel. The holiday was well organised by TUI. The Santa village morning included in the holiday was lovely. We also booked a husky ride which was brilliant
Magical Lapland experience - great stay with TUI (food wasn't great but didn't ruin it)

I never realized how beautiful Lapland would be. The accommodation has the most beautiful surroundings - literally winter wonderland. There was a lot of sledges around for the kids to play on - they had so much fun doing this - using the snow mounds/hills in the hotel area. Our apartment was really spacious - seemed clean - and had a great dryer cupboard for anything that got wet in the snow, dishwasher and a sauna. (we were busy on activities so didn't spend much time here.) It was great going with TUI as there was fun activities for kids in the spare time as well as in the evening, the reps were also very helpful with bus times/recommendations etc. The day out to the snow village was brilliant. Staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Great bus routes to nearby ski resorts where kids can sledge for free. There was one issue but luckily this didn't ruin our holiday - breakfast was fine BUT dinner/lunch was not so great for food. Our kids aren't fussy and managed to find something simple like chips/chicken nuggets but the pasta dishes/meat dishes were really unappetizing for us - I stuck to what the kids ate, as I'm quite a foodie this was disappointing. However this didn't ruin the trip and I probably would return and use the breakfast but eat out nearby for dinner as the hotel was still great value. As a travel agent, I notice this one always comes up a great price including food - sometimes cheaper than the other hotels which dont include any food - AND you have apartment facilities plus the food - so I don't understand why people moan so much as its still better value. Yes some of the apartments are a little far away but there are sledges nearby to help with luggage.
