We appreciate how distressing and difficult it is for anyone who has been evacuated from their hotel as a result of the wildfire in Rhodes.
We have already taken some guests safely home, and have more flight seats available, so please talk to your rep to share your details so they can register you for a flight home, if you wish to return early. Or call us on +35319635304 and our team will assist.
In the meantime, we are working tirelessly in the background to support you as best we can. We’ve brought in extra TUI team members to Rhodes, they’re there to provide practical support and assistance wherever needed and are in and around your hotels.
If you are due to return home on 25th and 26th July, please note that your departure flights to the UK/Ireland will operate as planned. Transport to the airport will be arranged by our resort teams, so please check your TUI app/SMS for your coach departure time. Our teams will also be relaying this information, should you not now be at your original hotel.
We strongly advise that you do not go to the airport unless it’s for your scheduled flight home or confirmation from a TUI team member you have a confirmed seat on an earlier flight.
We’re aware that some customers may have left passports behind at hotels. Passport Foreign Affairs have set up a dedicated helpdesk at Terminal 1, Rhodes International Airport. You don’t need an appointment to receive help, but you should attend only upon departure and not before. Foreign nationals who wish to contact the Help Desk can call the following numbers: +30 6985889650 / + 30 6983209611 or, in case of a special emergency you can use the following phone number/WhatsApp to contact the Help Desk: +306977960941
Please do keep on following the advice of the local authorities, keep talking to our reps and checking your phones and the TUI App for updates.
We do appreciate it’s an extremely challenging time and your safety and well-being is our number one priority.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE RETURNED FROM RHODES
We appreciate the distress many customers have experienced evacuating their hotels as a result of the wildfires in Rhodes. Our teams have done all they can to ensure your safe transition home. Here’s some key information to note.
LUGGAGE
Our current priority is the safety of our customers and colleagues in Rhodes, however we realise that customers who had to evacuate hotels, may have returned to the UK or Ireland having left some personal belongings behind. Our TUI customer team will be in contact in the coming days regarding getting those back to you.
In addition, we’re sorry that some customers luggage did not arrive home with them from Rhodes. If that’s the case for you, please complete a PIR (Property Irregularity Report) on arrival back in the UK/Ireland. Your luggage will be traced and returned to you as soon as possible through our usual lost luggage tracing procedures. We will do everything possible to ensure this happens as quickly as possible and thank you for your patience as we work to reunite you with your belongings.
