Marella Explorer 2
Marella Explorer 2 is the sister ship to Marella Explorer, so you can expect some similar qualities, like a range of restaurants, an Oceans Spa and Indigo – a chic bar-club-casino space. But there’s one big difference between them – Marella Explorer 2’s reserved for adults.
Marella Explorer
Marella Explorer entered the fleet as our biggest ship yet and offers even more choice, space and flexibility for customers, including two new cabin types and a wider choice of dining and premium entertainment.
Marella Discovery
Marella Discovery ticks off highlights like an outdoor cinema, a rock climbing wall, a mini-golf course, five-storey atrium and an indoor pool. You can expect a fantastic dining scene, a show lounge to rival the West End, and smart, contemporary interiors.
Marella Discovery 2
Marella Discovery 2 is the sister ship to Marella Discovery – and this is why their names are so similar. Experience a wider choice of itineraries with the exciting features offered by this larger, more contemporary style of vessel. These include an outdoor cinema, a rock climbing wall, a minigolf course, an indoor pool and a glossy atrium.
Marella Voyager
The newest member of the Marella Cruises family, Marella Voyager set sail for the first time in June 2023. It's got a bar and restaurant offering that counts up to 10, as well as an indoor cinema, a pool deck – complete with a swimming pool and whirlpools – and a big show lounge. There are plenty of places where you can take in the sea views, too, from the crazy golf course at the top of the ship to The Veranda, where cosy Balinese beds point towards the big blue.
Our itineraries
Western Mediterranean
Western Mediterranean’s top of the table when it comes to cities. One day, you’ll be stepping back in time in the likes of Rome and Pisa, and the next you’ll be wowed by cutting-edge architecture in Barcelona and Valencia. The French Riviera muscles in, too, with seriously swanky spots like Monaco and Nice.
Eastern Mediterranean
History buffs will particularly love the eastern side of the Med, thanks to cultural giants like Athens and Dubrovnik. Also on the cards are Istanbul – a place that’s been standing since the BC years – and Valletta, the capital city of Malta, which is filled with cobbled alleyways and grand churches.
Canary Islands
The Canary Islands – as well as having year-round sunshine – are famous for their black-sand beaches and lunar-like landscapes. A cruise here gives you the bonus of seeing a few islands in one trip. Tenerife’s home to Mount Teide – Spain's highest peak – while Fuerteventura and Lanzarote are hailed for their top-tier beaches.
Our other options
Cruise & Stay
Cruise & Stay is a great option if you fancy extending your holiday and getting to see more of a particular destination. You can spend a week cruising, followed by 7 nights at one of our cherry-picked hotels or apartments. Or you can do it the other way around and spend 7 nights in a hotel before setting sail.
Combine cruises
You can turn a 7-night cruise into a 14-nighter with this option. Basically, once your itinerary has come to an end, you’ll simply stay onboard for the next one, which means you can take in a whole new exciting range of ports.
Cabin only
If you prefer to piece it all together yourself, you can book a cruise on its own, without the flights and transfers. If you go down this route, everything else is included in the price as usual – you just need to sort your journey separately.

Researching a holiday is all part of the fun – you can spend hours planning your next break and working out where to head next. There are lots of different ways you can browse our collection:
