    Came with my mother for a week, hotel looked modern and shiny, lovely and clean, staff made us feel so welcome . The loss of 1/2 star was due to spa facilities pools free but u have to play €10 for sauna and steam room even though they were empty. We would certainly be returning.

    Went to this hotel for a week wish we had stayed longer the hotel was brilliant the food excellent and plentiful the staff fantastic always smiling and nothing was too much trouble me and my wife have already decided to return next year and stay for two weeks thanks to all the staff we had a fantastic time see you next year

    Stayed here in November 2019 with friends. From the moment we checked in the friendly and helpful staff made us feel so welcome and every request was treated with profesionalism and efficiency. The rooms were superb and I would reccomend upgrading to a sea view room. Breakfasts were varied, freshly cooked and lots of choice to accommodate every diet. The staff here were also most accommodating. Night time entertainment was the icing on the cake. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Fuenguerola

    recently came back from the florida spa well where to start from the moment we got to reception bingo! they make you feel like part of a family check in so easy relaxed they know you have had a journey the rooms what i asked for i got high floor ,double bed, got it i am ashamed to say i cannot remember names but the lady who cleaned the rooms i could hire that lady what a credit to the hotel! the staff in the dineing room love them all please give them my compliments on a great job! now the evening entertainment some good some not so good one act came on & every 30mins went off not very good but this does not apply to all the performers i still don,t know who won the hallowein pumpkin but we voted no3 that girl was so jolly & looked after you like no other! can i just say that all i mean all the people that work at the florida spa are a credit & we will & would recommend anybody to stay here loved our stay will be back love to all the staff roger & june!

    the hotel is in a good position. All the staff are a credit to the hotel. friendly, helpful couldn't do enough .Food excellent. room clean and tidy(top floor sea view) all in all a very enjoyable stay .Just 1 more comment the hotel is looking a bit tired (may be coming up for a refurbishment as a lot of hotels are in Spain).
