With a setting right by a rocky beach, the Nereida gets ten out of ten for location. It scores highly for everything else, too – not least the sea-view pool.
The Nereida is on the edge of a small cove, right behind a rocky beach. It’s a quiet area, but close to a lively street where you’ll find plenty of shops, cafés and Brit-style pubs.
Spacious studios and apartments are set in two whitewashed buildings on either side of the pool. And thanks to its sea views, it’s the pool that’s the main focus of the Nereida.

Nereids apart hotel
Apartments quite small, no kettle or cups etc, hotel in lovely position near beach and lovely sunset views. Food fairly good always could find something. Glad we went half board rather than all inclusive. Jackies bar best bar on our end of the strip we thought, went there most nights, good entertainment.More
Six of us stayed in this hotel on a breakfast board basis. The staff are very friendly and the hotel was very good. The breakfast was great and very filling. Lol. The service at the bar was also very good and friendly. The rooms were cleaned every day and all towels replaced. We really enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to stay again.More
Would not go back to this hotel found the staff to be very rude and unhelpful. Had the manager be incredibly rude and patronising to us on my birthday and this put a dampener on it. Our room was very dusty and now kept clean and the food was not good at all. Very repetitive and tasteless. Enjoyed our time in the bay however wished we had booked another hotel as we have stayed in 3 star hotels of a much higher standard previously More

Alex the entertainer well he was simply hilarious and brillaint with the children he realy is great . food is basic all inclusive food i dont know why people expect 5* restaurant standard. beautifully kept gardens with a play park for the children , amazing sunset viewing area and private sunbeds on the beach . i realy am gutted to be home and would defiantly go back again . thank you for such a pleasant stay and wonderful holiday . I booked this hotel before reading the reviews. A lot of people did not have a lot of good things to say about it from the food to the rooms. Having never been to iziba before we decided to book the Nereida Hotel as it looked lovely on the website. I'm so glad we did. The views from our room & also the sunset each nice were so beautiful. I loved the fact that no matter where I was, either in the restaurant/pool bar/sun lounger you could see the sea all the time. The rooms are basic but most hotels are, so long as you have a bed & bathroom that's all that really matters. It was so relaxing, you go away to relax & mot watch tv etc that you would normally do at home. I especially liked the fact that breakfast was on until 11. If you didn't want to go to lunch, snacks were on at the pool bar. The food was really good & very tasty. Plenty of variety. The staff were so helpful/approcable/friendly. Carlos, one of the bar staff made the most amazing cocktails. We were all inclusive but didn't mind paying extra for the cocktails they really were that good. I personally loved my stay there & would definately go back. Views from our room & we paid for a studio apartment with a sea view. Definately worth every penny. More
