Pretty panoramas, a choice of attractive pools, and a peaceful spa are some of the best bits at the Hotel Paradise Park.
This hotel is wrapped in huge gardens on top of a small hill, with panoramic views of the town and coast. The popular Playa de las Vistas Beach is a scenic 20-minute walk away. The hotel runs a shuttle bus to save you the legwork, though.
This place flaunts some good-looking facilities. There's a rooftop pool and another carved into rock. The atrium is filled with pretty plants, and rooms are dressed in modern neutral tones.

Good and bad
We went here as a family of 6 with a 4 month old baby and a 2 year old, we had book a duplex family apartment. Was very nice modern clean but dangerous , 2 lots of stairs and no stair gate. How can these be classes as a family apartment, not to much to ask a stair gate is it.food was good some of the staff rude considering they walk around with t-shirts saying we like people. Would l return no found the reception staff very unhelpful and they are a lot of bester hotels in Tenerife More
So close to being great!
Just come back from paradise park and on the whole it was ok... Certainly not the worse hotel in Tenerife, however there are a couple of points which are important to highlight. In my opinion the following are pros and cons, some of which are down to personal preference. Pros: The location, for me, is a pro. I prefer to be a little further away from the main resort and the hotel is around 10/15 minute walk to the beach. If you don't want to walk there is a free bus though. There are also a selection of restaurants nearby that are in the top 100 or so in all of Tenerife on TripAdvisor and the free bus to Siam park/mall is also close The staff were all incredibly helpful and I saw and experienced multiple occasions where staff were interacting with guests like they were old friends. They do a really good job of portraying themselves. The room and hotel was nice and clean, couldn't ask for much more There are multiple pools and plenty of sun loungers. We found the extra pool that others mention as not looking like it's in the complex and it was always available. The rooftop also has plenty of loungers The breakfast has a great selection... cereals, fruit, natural yoghurt, cooked breakfast Free WiFi throughout the hotel Hate to insert this one, but I know it's important to some. The TV selection was really good with more than just multinational news stations that a lot of hotels give you. UK channels were BBC 1, BBC 2, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, travel channel, more 4, ITV 2 and film 4. The final thing I though worth mentioning in the pros is that they handed out feedback sheets on one the mornings of the stay, which was really nice to see. Now onto the cons: The evening meal did have a decent selection but the choices available rarely changed. They did 2 theme nights in my two week stay which were good, the other nights were repetitive and subsequently boring hence us eating out to some of the restaurants mentioned in the pros. Sadly you didn't know when the theme night was, as there was nowhere to see what was on that evenings selection. We were half board, simply due to how cheap it was between that and B&B as we like to eat out... However it didn't persuade me to pay too much more for half board/all inclusive if I returned The room we had was right above the evening entertainment. This meant that it was incredibly noisy until midnight and the room could do with better sound proofing. I'd ask for a room further away if you do want early nights occasionally The fridge was tiny, which made it hard to stock up on water from the supermarket, we had to do a daily trip to ensure we had enough. Overall, would stay again but would ask for certain rooms and miss more evening meals.More
Last visit of the year
A few changes and not all for the better children's club moved to the first floor with entertainers running around the bar one night one ran into the barman with full trolley of glasses another a child ran into a glass collector with a tray of glasses we have been told it is going back to as before. Entertainment down less on. Food soups are getting very much the same not as good as they have been. The prices have gone up considerably but not getting much more for it. Keys were a problem stayed 22 days every 7 days had to have the keys reprogrammed. Staff much the same they make the hotel always friendly I was glad to see Anna back behind the bar one night instead of standing in the restaurant sorting out the non all inclusive tickets. Rooms always clean. Was sorry to see the roof top pool & Jacuzzis shut for most of the time I was there should be open now. Well have to see what it is like in January hopefully they will listen to the regular customers. Due to French air traffic controller's strike I spent the night in another hotel had their breakfast one thing in Tenerife Paradise Park has the best Breakfast of the hotel's I have stayed at.More
