How secure is it to book online?
We encrypt your personal details and use secure servers for your payment. This means that any information you provide to us, including your credit or debit card details, remains private.
We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology with 128-bit encryption. This gives you the highest protection possible when you make financial transactions over the Internet.
For your own peace of mind, when you are making a payment online be sure to check your browser for a padlock symbol. This indicates that the page you are on is secure and you can complete your transaction with complete confidence.
What credit and debit cards do you accept?
For holidays departing from the Republic of Ireland we accept MasterCard and Visa Credit cards. For holidays departing on or after 01 May 2009 you can now also book using a Laser card.
For holidays departing from Northern Ireland we accept MasterCard, Visa Credit, Visa Debit/Delta, Visa Electron and Maestro cards. All payments departing from Northern Ireland made using a MasterCard and Visa Credit card are subject to a charge. This charge doesn't apply to payments made using Visa Debit/Delta, Visa Electron or Maestro debit cards.
Who processes my credit/debit card information when I make a payment?
Your credit/debit card payment will be processed by our partners at Allied Irish bank (for holidays departing from the Republic of Ireland) and Barclaycard Business (for holidays departing from Northern Ireland).
What additional security precautions do you have in place?
As an added protection against card fraud, we ask for your security code at the time of booking. This is the unique three-digit code that's physically printed on the back of your card - it is not embossed and is not shown on your credit card receipt or statement. This makes it difficult to make a purchase unless you are the cardholder.
What are Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode?
Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode help protect your card from unauthorised online use allowing you to shop with added confidence. When you come to make a payment you may be asked to confirm your identity via your password. This is carried out on a secure web page provided by your bank. Once your card has been verified you will be taken back to our website to continue with your holiday booking.

In addition, our ABTA (Association of British Travel Agents) protection does not apply to any non-member ABTA websites that we link to. Please note ABTA protection is only applicable on bookings departing Northern Ireland.
