A major part of this commitment is to minimise any time lost on your holiday due to the exceptional circumstances the volcanic ash cloud is presenting.
To reassure all our loyal customers, TUI offers the following guarantee:
In the unlikely event that your holiday is cancelled customers may amend to an alternative holiday/flight without incurring amendment fees.
If the alternative package is cheaper than the original, then the difference in price will be refunded.
Where the alternative holiday is more expensive, customers will be required to pay the difference in price.
If we are unable to secure an alternative holiday/flight then the option to cancel and receive a refund may be offered.
Customers on holidays can also rest assured that if your return journey is delayed, TUI will provide you with accommodation and assistance while alternative arrangements are made for your return flight home.
