View All DealsHolidays to Cala D'or combine traditional Spanish culture with a truly international grandeur. Here you'll find secluded beaches, gourmet restaurants, and a harbour filled with glitzy yachts.
Cala D’or is one of Majorca’s most elegant destinations. Previously a fishing village, the town is now a stylish resort packed with classy bars, gourmet restaurants, and swanky shops. The glitzy marina is the centre of the town’s glamour, with sparkling superyachts sailing in from all over the world. There are cobbled streets, and quaint buildings dotted through the town. Cala D’or is a great place to experience a taste of Spanish culture while enjoying life’s finer pleasures.
Cala D’or boasts a collection of seven great beaches to choose from. Cala Gran is the biggest, and is packed with all the amenities you could need for a day in the sun. Whether it's sunbeds and parasols you're after, or cafés and beachside restaurants, Cala Gran has you covered. There’s also a great selection of watersports for thrill-seeking visitors to try their hand at. Snorkelling and diving are some of the most popular, offering the opportunity to explore the exotic underwater world around Majorca’s coast.
Palma is Majorca’s classy capital city, and sits around an hour’s drive from Cala D’or’s laidback beaches. There are a great many attractions to see here, including the huge La Seu Cathedral. This masterpiece of Gothic architecture dominates Palma’s skyline. It took around 400 years to construct from start to finish. If history isn’t your thing, Jaume III hosts all of Palma’s snazziest shops and designers, making it the ideal spot for a shopping spree. Alternatively, if you plan on staying a little later, head out to one of Palma’s classy cocktail bars for a taste of Majorca’s famous nightlife.
