This place makes a great holiday base – it’s got a family-friendly pool and packed activity line-up, plus the beach and town centre are a 10-minute walk away.
The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from Ca’n Picafort’s laidback bars and restaurants. You’ll find a beach there, too. If you don’t fancy walking, a mini-train stops outside the hotel, which takes you into the centre.
Rooms here are kept simple, but comfortable. You’ll find a mini-fridge for storing snacks, a TV and balcony – some even come with sea views.

This was the second time this year I have been to this hotel, at beginning and end of the season, and I can't find fault with anything, and weather was brilliant on both occasions. The room was good, even had a fridge, food was excellent with a varied choice each day, snacks throughout the day from 10am till 5pm, Suggestion maybe could have had late night snack for maybe an hour from 11pm - for those who might need a midnight snack! There was entertainment for all ages throughout the day and evening. Geraldine and her team work hard to keep guests of all ages entertained, and their show featuring popular Musicals is absolutely brilliant. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The hotel grounds are immaculate. Will definitely be backMore
Very nice place
Great location, rooms were clean and plainly furnished. It was Busy at meal times but Plenty of choice of food. Some rude staff in the dining area. But mostly okay. Room was located at the roadside - noisy. If overlooking pool its more quiet and pleasant. More
hotel was pretty, lived up the photos. Was better than we expected. The staff was lovely and helped us massively with the kids. Food was a little repetitive. Highly recommend the aquarium but not the pirates show. More
Just returned today from a week staying at the Haiti and have to say it was truly excellent, didn't want to come home at the end of it all... everyone was so friendly, the location was great, food and the entertainment was all superb. Pros - - food was always nice and had lots of choice throughout the day... especially the Mashed potato... holy moly the mashed potato. - always a sunbed, and they were always in an ideal location for the sun coverage. - requested a room with a sea view balcony which we got, and the rooms were very nice yet basic, lovely showers and the TV had lots of channels inc Sky Sports. Bed was slightly tough, but I'm used to a softer mattress at home so guess that's personal preference. - entertainment was always good and they were all great girls, always tried to get involved with the darts, boules, and killer pool when I could - The cleaners, bar and kitchen staff were really friendly and excelled in their jobs - the location was super, 5 minutes from the beach with lots of restaurants along it Cons - (only slight niggles, probably only personal to me) - the adult pool was nice, but slightly annoying to get to (down a muddy bark path) and then the area surrounding the pool was sandy which I disliked as you were covered in sand as you got out of the pool. - no toilet brushes... gross, but yeah... - transfer was a pain, around an hour and 40 minutes but that's what I was expecting One thing - do not be scared to get involved! I was there for 8 hours and was dragged up on stage to take part in a 'boys vs girls' challenge, where I found my self 'sucking and blowing' cards with 2 complete strangers, collecting people's shoes and eating dry wheatabix (absolutely awful, try it), but it was a great laugh and in turn made friends with 2 lovely families who we spent pretty much every night with ! All in all, an amazing week, highly recommended. More
