We appreciate the distress many customers have experienced evacuating their hotels as a result of the wildfires in Rhodes. Our teams have done all they can to ensure your safe transition home. Here’s some key information to note.
LUGGAGE
Our current priority is the safety of our customers and colleagues in Rhodes, however we realise that customers who had to evacuate hotels, may have returned to the UK or Ireland having left some personal belongings behind. Our TUI customer team will be in contact in the coming days regarding getting those back to you.
In addition, we’re sorry that some customers luggage did not arrive home with them from Rhodes. If that’s the case for you, please complete a PIR (Property Irregularity Report) on arrival back in the UK/Ireland. Your luggage will be traced and returned to you as soon as possible through our usual lost luggage tracing procedures. We will do everything possible to ensure this happens as quickly as possible and thank you for your patience as we work to reunite you with your belongings.
