TUI flight FAQs
What’s included in my flight only ticket?
Adults and children aged 3 and above get 10kg of hand luggage included on every TUI flight. If you want to choose your seats, add hold luggage or bag yourself some extra legroom, you can do this for a little extra.
What destinations can I fly to?
Are drinks and snacks available on a TUI flight?
You can purchase drinks and snacks like crisps and confectionery in the sky thanks to our onboard café service. And when you fly long haul, your meals and drinks are included. Meals come with a glass of wine, or cordial for under 18s. Plus, you’ll be offered a hot drink afterwards.
How can I pay for things onboard TUI flights?
Just so you know, we only accept card payments on TUI flights.
Credit and debit cards
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard and MasterCard Debit onboard TUI flights. Unfortunately, you won't be able to use AMEX, Diners' Club, Maestro, Electron, Solo, Monzo or Revolut cards.
We can't accept prepaid cards – including the TUI Travel Money Card – onboard. This is because, onboard our aircraft, we work in what's called an offline environment. This means our payment machines aren't connected to the bank, so we can't confirm that there's enough money on the card to cover the items you're paying for.
What airports can I fly from?
You can fly with us from three Irish airports – Dublin, Cork and Shannon.
