In the evenings, there’s entertainment such as quizzes, karaoke, a mini disco for children, dance parties and live music. Every Thursday evening is the Cretanland Festival organised by Club for UNESCO, Club Clea. Elounda town center is within walking distance of 15-20 minutes, or you can take the free daily shuttle bus from the reception car park leading up to the main road of Elounda. You’ll find in Elounda cafés, tavernas, shops, a sandy beach, and boats to the famous UNESCO world heritage listed island of Spinalonga for its 16th-century Venetian fortress and its history as a leprosy colony from 1903 to 1957.
