Good weather is par for the course in Luxor. In winter, the mercury averages out at around 21°C, while in summer it rockets up to around 35°C. Thanks to the city’s desert location, night-time temperatures can drop quite a bit, so it’s a good idea to bring a jumper for the evenings. One thing you won’t need to worry about is an umbrella – it only drizzles once in a blue moon here.
