Can I book a group holiday if I don't know the names of everyone who's coming yet?
Yes - you'll need to give the name of the lead passenger when you book.
You can then email the other names to us at tuigroupsireland@tui.co.uk up to 12 weeks before you're due to go. This email address is specifically for adding names to your group booking. For other questions, please contact us or visit our Help Centre.
That said, if you're staying in a Disney or Fiesta hotel, we'll need to know all the names when you make the booking.
