This hotel and studio complex is all about the pool scene. But there’s also a beautiful pebble beach on the doorstep.
The Katerina’s pool duo is the real talking point. Plus there’s a small pebble beach a few minutes’ walk away. Talking of location, a couple of minutes further and you’ll come to bars and restaurants.
When it comes to food, there’s a Continental buffet breakfast every morning and the pool bar serves a good range of snacks. Meanwhile, the regular Greek night gives you chance to try the locals’ favourite dishes.

Lovely relaxing holiday
Stayed at the Katerina Palace from The 19th to the 29th of September 2017 and had a wonderful break. The weather was perfect and the resort was "nicely" busy. This was our first visit to Zakynthos, and we weren't dissapointed. As always on your first visit anywhere, we were a bit apprehensive about the hotel. We need not have worried at all. We contacted them before we travelled and requested a room with a view and received a reply from Katerina saying they would do their best if possible, and they certainly did. We had a wonderful room with the most fantastic views overlooking the pool and we could even see the sea in the distance. Thank you Katerina. The hotel was spotless. Our room was kept perfectly by Lola. Sadly, we missed her on our last day, so were unable to say cheerio and thank her personally. The pool and pool area were lovely. We were inclined to stay around the quiet smaller pool and thoroughly enjoyed it. We used the poolside bar on a few occasions and, as most other guest have mentioned, Mimosa was fantastic. The "snacks" were good qualiy and great value. As other reviewers have mentioned, it is wonderful to see Katerina around the hotel, clearing tables, emptying ashtrays, and being "The perfect Hostess". Even to the extent of leaving the hotel to wish us Kalo Taxidi when we left. I couldn't finish this review without thanking the two wonderful receptionists. Firstly a huge thank you to Anastasia for her kindness when I had my "Safe Key Crisis". She was so helpful, and a massive efharisto poli to Georgia for giving our passports such a wonderful holiday as well as being as crazy as us. Stuart sends his regards !!! Thank you both very much. We would like to thank all at the Katerina Palace for helping to make our holiday so special with their wonderful Zakynthian hospitality, and we will definitely return as soon as we possibly can. Have a safe and happy winter. Cheers, Pete and Bron BealeMore
Just returned from a week at the Katerina Palace and it was more than expected. Ideally located within a very short walk of everything. Very clean room and pool etc. Bar staff very friendly, reception staff always acknowledged us and we would definitely stay again.More
Room without a view
Stayed here as a solo traveller in Sept 17, my allocated room wasnt great, bathroom was dirty, no light in room whatsoever......as obscured by the view of high bushes outside. I like to sit on balcony on an evening and watch the world go by....needless to say it didnt happen here! I did however complain at reception and was moved to an alternative room 48 hours later not with a pool view but better than the first room. Breakfast was great if you like eggs & beans everyday! The pool area was lovely and clean and the staff were very friendly. More
Lovely stay at Katernina Palace
What a lovely friendly place this is, stayed for a week, basic rooms and we were facing trees but didnt mind this as really how much time do you spend in the room, but they were lovely and cleaned to a high speck daily, pool area was nice, reception area was good, poolside bar excellent the lady who serves you is a credit to the hotel, so polite and helpful, good to see Katerina herself checking in the hotel too making sure thinkgs were ok and saying hello to her guests, the hotel in my opinion is in an excellent position only a few yards away from the main street, didnt get noise in our room at all. the snack bar food was fab for a snack and good quality.. thank you KP for a lovely pleasent holiday we would return. Kind Regards Alison and Keith TullockMore

Happy holidays 😎
My partner and I have been going to the katerina palace hotel for the last 6 years. We've enjoyed every minute of every holiday at this hotel so although we combine trying other parts of zante in between visits, we always gravitate back to where we love. The hotel is great. Rooms are cleaned everyday, katerina and the staff are lovely and nothing is too much trouble for them. Everyone is so friendly and there is always a nice social atmosphere around the pool bar both during the day and on the evening. Breakfast is good, it is advertised as continental but there is always more on offer inc boiled and fried or scrambled egg, sometimes sausages and other times bacon with fresh baked breads every day. The hotel is in a great location situated just a few hundred yards from the sea and some of the best restaurants in argassi. We always have fabulous meals out but I must say the day time food around the pool bar at the katerina is fantastic and very fairly priced. Finally I'd like to say that since our first visit to the katerina in 2012, we feel that we are not only just valued customers but we are now friends with all the staff and other returning customers we have met over the years. We look forward to every visit to this hotel and have already booked our next holiday in 2018 See you in May everyone, Lots of love Gemma and andy. XxMore
