We accommodate all dietary needs, whether vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergy-related or lactose intolerant. For severe allergies or intolerances, we recommend you email your hotel beforehand, and please also inform the hotel upon arrival.

Every resort includes at least three à la carte restaurants, with one visit to each during a week's stay, subject to availability. Check the BLUE® Taste - Food & Drink section in the BLUE® app and select 'restaurants' for details.

Selected Sensatori by TUI BLUE properties offer round-the-clock food and beverages. After midnight, at least one bar and restaurant stay open. Access the BLUE® App and navigate to BLUE® Taste – Food & Drink for information.

To fit in line with the sophisticated atmosphere at these hotels, please avoid wearing swimwear, pool footwear, sliders and sports vests in restaurants. Smart shorts are acceptable.

You can reserve tables at à la carte and speciality restaurants through the BLUE® app. Select your property, then navigate to Hotel Info > General Info > BLUE® Taste – Food & Drink. Browse dining venues, choose your restaurant and click 'Reserve Table' to confirm your preferred slot. You'll need to log into the BLUE® app to complete your reservation.

We offer up to two daily sessions, each lasting two hours, six days weekly for children aged 3-12. These have varied themed activities, adventures, games and creative workshops. Nearly all kids’ clubs are complimentary, with parties* available for a small fee. Our kids' club teams are trained to TUI standards and have completed relevant checks.

We provide exclusive activities for teenagers aged 13 to 17, including oversized games, sports and mocktail workshops. There's also a weekly teen event each evening. The complete programme appears on the BLUE® app under 'Daily Programme'. These activities run mid-June to mid-September only.

Baby & Tots Club*:

At Sensatori by TUI BLUE properties, we provide supervised Baby & Tots Club sessions offering sensory activities, puppet stories and Shape & Sounds experiences with music and different textures. Baby & Tots Club operates six days weekly for up to two, two-hour daily sessions, plus some evenings. Qualified TUI staff care for little ones aged 0 to 36 months, with toys from premium brands available.

Playdates:

These complimentary 45-minute sessions suit parents with children under 3 years. Sessions happen in the baby pool and indoor play space throughout the day. Little Splashers are water activities in quieter, shaded spots, while wellness sessions nurture parent-child bonding. Baby & Tots Club hosts also run activities with songs, games and rhymes at the Baby Pool.

Arrange Baby & Tots Club sessions when booking your holiday, or add them later via Manage My Booking. Alternatively, organise them on arrival with our Baby & Tots Club hosts.

Daily activities are always available, but with Sensatori by TUI BLUE you control the pace. Choose complete relaxation or join the diverse activities, sports or classes on offer. After sunset, our teams present professional performances and entertainment for everyone.

At selected hotels, you can now choose your preferred room position. Whether you want a specific floor or proximity to certain facilities, for a modest supplement, you can secure accommodation that suits you perfectly. Select Your Room is bookable via the BLUE® app.

At most Sensatori by TUI BLUE properties, the BLUE® app provides exclusive information including facility hours, restaurant menus and daily activity and entertainment schedules. Use the BLUE® app to reserve speciality restaurants, activity places and kids' club sessions. You can use it to ask questions before arriving, too. The app's free to download and accessible without a booking.

Absolutely. When booking a Sensatori by TUI BLUE holiday departing from Ireland, you'll receive an email invitation to the Sensatori Experience hub. Access complete resort and local area information, and get questions answered before departure. You'll also have chat and email access to our Sensatori Experts, based at your resort, who'll assist with queries and special requirements.
