Rules for TUI Smiles Rewards Club games

• Spin the Globe is a TUI Smiles Rewards Club game that offers members the chance to win amazing prizes or bonus Smiles as part of a free prize draw every month.

• The next prize draw will take place at the start of October 2026 to cover all entries from Finland, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, UK and Republic of Ireland between 1st September 2026 and 30th September 2026.

• Draws will take place monthly, with each member receiving one spin per month.

• The game is open to members of the TUI Smiles Rewards Club from Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, United Kingdom and Ireland.

• Your membership must be active and in good standing.

• Employees and immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouses and life partners) of the promoter or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to enter this competition.

• Void where prohibited by law.

• Players receive one spin per month.

• When you click Play, and the globe spins, 50% of players will win bonus Smiles instantly, and 50% will be entered into the monthly prize draw.

• Bonus Smiles (if awarded) are added to your account instantly.

• Smiles are subject to the TUI Smiles Rewards Club terms and conditions.

• Bonus Smiles are awarded in multiples of 50 (80%), 100 (15%) and 150 (5%). These percentages represent the part of the bonus Smiles share referenced above – the total chance of winning these Smiles is 40%, 7.5% and 2.5%, respectively.

• All members who are entered into the draw in a month are not guaranteed to win a prize.

• Prizes are randomly allocated from the monthly prize pot.

• Some prizes are only available to customers in certain geographic regions and there are additional draws for these prizes. Additional draws are performed first, and the winners do not have an additional chance in the general draws that take place after. The prize pot and prize quantities may vary each month.

• No cash alternative. Prizes are non-transferable and may be substituted with a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

• Prizes cannot be passed to other members or friends and family.

• All winners are advised to arrange their own travel insurance, and it’s the winner’s responsibility to ensure passports are valid for travel and any required visas have been arranged.

• Winners will be contacted within one week of the draw closing with details of their prize and how to claim it. Winners have five days to accept their prize. After this, a further two reminders will be sent before the prize will be forfeited.

• By taking part, you agree that we may publish your First Name, first letter of your Surname, County, Country, and Prize in both a ‘Previous Winners’ table visible to members, and in social media and email marketing campaigns.

• You also agree that our Social Media team may contact you to request to feature in any additional campaigns to the above. This is optional and at your discretion.

• We may contact you for reasonable verification before publishing your name or delivering your prize.

• We may refuse or cancel plays, entries, or prizes if we detect or reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, manipulation, or breach of these terms (e.g. multiple accounts, bots, or interfering with the game).

• Our records are final for play counts, entries, and outcomes.

• A ‘month’ runs from 00:00:00 UTC on the first day to 23:59:59 UTC on the last day.

• Unused plays do not carry over to the next month.

• We are not responsible for plays or entries that are delayed, interrupted, or lost due to network, device, or platform issues beyond our reasonable control.

• If the game is disrupted, we may void, reschedule, or rerun affected plays or the draw.

• We may update, suspend, or end Spin the Globe (including prize structures and eligibility) at any time for legal, security, or operational reasons.

• If we change these rules of play, we will post the updated version with the effective date.

Bonus Smiles will pop into your account instantly and show up as a separate entry in your Smiles activity tracker, and they’ll count toward your level progression unless we tell you otherwise. Most promotions offer just one bonus award per member, and while we love sharing Smiles, TUI may withhold or remove any that appear to be earned fraudulently or in breach of these terms. Bonus Smiles don’t have a cash value, can’t be exchanged for money, and will expire after 12 months, so be sure to enjoy them in time. If a system hiccup ever results in an incorrect balance, we’ll step in to set it right, and all decisions regarding bonus Smiles awards made by TUI are final.

The draw takes place at the start of each month using all the entries from the month before. Winners are chosen completely at random to keep things fair, and if you’re our lucky member, someone from TUI will contact you to share the good news – we’ll try three times to reach you. If we’re unable to reach you, we may need to select another winner. Prizes may vary from month to month based on availability.

1x Musement experience voucher worth 200 euros / £200

The TUI Experiences voucher is available to all entries from Finland, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, the UK and Republic of Ireland only. It's worth 200 Euros (equal to approximately 1,500 DKK, 2,300 NOK, 2,200 SEK or £200 subject to currency exchange rates. Winners in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and the United Kingdom receive their vouchers in DKK, NOK, SEK or British pounds respectively, at an exchange rate reasonably determined by TUI) and can be used to book an experience online through TUI or TUI Musement apps or websites. The voucher is valid for 12 months after the draw has completed (you can enjoy the experience later, subject to availability). It can’t be used in stores, over the phone, or with third party sellers, and it won’t apply to bookings made before you were notified as a winner. The voucher is just for you, can’t be exchanged for cash, transferred, extended, or replaced if lost, and can’t be combined with other discount codes unless clearly stated. If you don’t spend it all at once, any remaining balance stays available until it’s used up or the voucher expires — whichever comes first. Full terms and conditions and details on how to redeem will be provided to the winner.

Pack Your Bags is a TUI Smiles Rewards Club game, open to members in Level 2 and 3. It offers the chance for members to receive a reward relevant to their next upcoming trip. It's available to play in Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Norway, Sweden and the United Kingdom.

• The Pack Your Bags game is available only to members in Level 2 and Level 3 of the TUI Smiles Rewards Club.

• Your membership must be valid, active and in good standing.

• The game becomes available between 14-5 days before the departure date of your eligible booking.

• You can only play once per eligible booking.

• The game must be played up to five days before you travel – it cannot be played after this.

• When the game becomes available, click the blue ‘play game’ button, and you will see a virtual suitcase.

• To play, simply click an item when it falls out.

• A prize will be allocated automatically based on the type of holiday you’ve booked.

• Prizes are awarded based on your booking type.

• If the prize pot for your booking type is fully allocated, you will receive a prize from the next available prize pot, following allocation rules set in advance by TUI.

• Prize allocation is managed solely by TUI, and all prize outcomes are final.

• Prizes are subject to availability, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.

• Prizes include a complementary hot drink or bottle of water for Level 3 members and a 20% discount on one purchase from the cafe onboard for Level 2 members if you fly with TUI Airways; A free Wi-Fi package for Level 3 members and a 20% discount on a Spa treatment booked onboard for Level 2 members if you cruise with Marella Cruises.

• For bookings that don’t fall into these two categories or where volumes have been exceeded, members prizes will include back up prizes such as a 1GB e-sim or a partner offer.

We may suspend or remove access to the game, or refuse to award a prize, if there is reasonable evidence of:

• Fraud.

• Manipulation or gaming of the system.

• Multiple accounts.

• Any breach of the TUI Smiles Rewards Club terms.

• Our system records are final for determining eligibility, game availability, and prize outcomes.

• We are not responsible for plays or prize allocations that fail due to device, browser, internet or platform issues outside our control.

• If a technical problem occurs during gameplay, we may reset or reissue the play at our discretion.

• We may amend, suspend, or withdraw the Pack Your Bags game, including prize structures or eligibility rules, at any time for operational or legal reasons.

• Any significant changes will be updated here with a new effective date.
