We’ve got some fantastic hotels on our books. And our annual TUI Global Hotel Awards is our chance to celebrate the best of the best, based on feedback from over 20 million customers. To pick this year’s winners across a range of categories, we carefully evaluated all our guests’ feedback from every TUI hotel around the globe to measure its service and quality. The hotels that received outstandingly high satisfaction scores were crowned at our awards ceremony in Berlin. Drumroll please…

TUI Hotel Sustainability Award - Akra Hotels
This award celebrates the most exciting, inspiring and innovative hotel sustainability initiative within the last year. That could be transforming hotel operations or supply chains in response to global environmental challenges, or by bringing about positive social impact through efforts to support employees or the wider community. The winner of this award is the shining example of tourism as a force for good.
TUI Care Foundation Award – Metaxa Hospitality Group
This award recognises the important role hotels play in supporting projects on the ground. It acknowledges their commitment to raising awareness of the TUI Care Foundation initiatives and their support for local communities and environment.
Lifetime Achievement Award – Carmen Riu Güell
This award pays tribute to an individual hotel, or hotel group, that has made a positive impact on our industry. Whether through innovative products, enhanced guest experiences, community engagement, technological advancements or advocacy for positive industry change. This award celebrates an individual or individuals who have set the standard for excellence in our industry.
