As part of the TUI Group, we are your gateway to the world of Travel Experiences offered by TUI Group.

TUI Platform Services Unipessoal Lda(TPS) works together with other TUI Group Companies, in particular with those who deliver your Travel Experience to you.

We provide you with our services and may do this directly or as a sub-agency for other TUI Group Companies (including under the Amello brand). However, we are not responsible for delivering the Travel Experience as such, since that will be provided by the TUI Group Company or Travel Partner.

Our services also include any Loyalty Programs you may join, operated by TUI Platform Services Unipessoal Lda (TPS). Loyalty programs offered under TUI Platform Services Unipessoal Lda (TPS), are any program which rewards customers with any form of benefit in return for making purchases. Customers need to actively sign up to the Loyalty Program(s) to take advantage of the benefits available. For example, our group loyalty program the TUI Smiles Rewards Club. The TUI Smiles Rewards Club is a free and voluntary loyalty programme, operated by TPS, that allows eligible consumers to collect Smiles (points) and Status rewards in connection with selected travel and tourism services and promotional activities.
