Weddings are warm in Turkey. There’s a tally of places you can say your vows with the sun on your skin. There are leafy hotel gardens, bright poolside terraces, and wrought-iron gazebos by the side of lakes. For cloudless skies and light breezes that bother your veil, become newlyweds in Fethiye.

TUI Sensatori Resort Barut Fethiye has a prime location. It’s spread across 19 acres of land, and sits beside a hillside cloaked in sweetgum trees. If that wasn’t enough, you’ve also got a stone beach that stretches for miles. Civil wedding package are priced from €1089.

Think of Greece, and images of olive trees, the Pantheon’s pillars, and beaches lapped by bright-blue seas spring to mind. Team this with a long history of romantic myths and legends, and you’ve got a great setting for a wedding. Island-wise, Rhodes tops the list for history and culture, or if a party’s on your agenda, Corfu and Kos fit the bill.

Rhodes

If you like the idea of stepping back in time, Rhodes should be on your big-day radar. Its old town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and one of the finest Medieval citadels in existence. Plus, it boasts the best sunshine record out of all the Greek Islands.

The Hotel Atlantica Princess civil wedding package is priced from €1,249. This includes a beautiful garden ceremony conducted by the local mayor.

The Holiday Village Atlantica Rhodes offers a civil wedding package priced from €1,803. It’s a great location for a family wedding, especially with young children in tow. The hotel offers a variety of activities and facilities, like a huge splash park and a high ropes course.

Kos

As the party capital of Greece, Kos knows how to hold a celebration – so it’s ideal if you want a lively wedding. Kos Town is the most energetic spot on the island, but places like Kardamena and Lambi give it a run for its money.

The Blue Lagoon Village offers ceremonies on the beach or on the hotel’s terrace. It's located on a secluded bay overlooking the Aegean Sea. Wedding packages are priced from €1,514.

TUI BLUE Oceanis Beach offers wedding packages from €1,573. This beachfront adults-only hotel has a tucked away feel thanks to 60 acres of gardens that wrap around it. Plus, it’s tailored for couples – there are spa treatments and candlelit dinners for two on offer.

Corfu

Take one look at Corfu, and you’ll see why it’s called the Emerald Isle. It’s draped in olive groves, vineyards and cypress trees, so there’s no shortage of big-day backdrops. Swathes of golden sand line the coast, while in the capital – Corfu Town – winding streets dotted with pretty churches are the norm.

Kerkyra Blue Hotel & Spa offers a civil wedding package priced from €1,139. It's a great location for families, and those getting wed can opt for a ceremony surrounded by striking gardens.

The adults-only Atlantica Grand Mediterraneo Resort offers wedding packages priced from €973. The happy couple can tuck in to a candle lit meal in the gourmet à la carte restaurant, which also serves up panoramic views of the island.

Majorca is nicknamed the ‘Jewel of the Med’ due to its natural good looks, and it's a top notch choice for an island wedding. Ceremonies here take place on sandy beaches, in the gardens of country mansions and at chic marinas with sweeping ocean views.

Wedding feasts here can include freshly caught seafood, and wine straight from one of the local vineyards. Set the date for June’s Night of Fire festival and you’ll see the skies light up with fireworks, as locals dance in the street. *Please note weddings in Majorca are symbolic ceremonies only.

Holiday Village Majorca is a great location for people getting married with children present, as there’s a host of sports, activities and entertainment on offer – think party nights, DJ lessons and a splash park. Here, you can choose a symbolic blessing ceremony, with prices starting from €303.

Say ‘I do’ on the Med’s White Isle, and you’ll have a setting of sun-bleached sands and sugar cube villages – both of which have given this bohemian island its iconic nickname.

Most of our wedding packages include a wedding co-ordinator, the ceremony, decorations, the marriage licence or certificate, and any registrar fees. Many also come complete with flowers, wine or Champagne, the wedding cake, a dinner reservation, a groom’s room on the day of the wedding, and some spa treatment discounts, as well.

Couples looking for some added luxury touches can also opt to upgrade to one of the other wedding packages on offer at each of the hotels. Please speak with one of our weddings advisors for information on the wide range of extras available, to help you shape the package. These extras may include make-up, photography, transport, catering, music, flowers and receptions. Please note, these are all paid for in resort.

Wedding receptions aren’t included in the package price, so you can tailor-make your celebrations. Extra charges apply for food, drinks and venue hire, and private reception venues are subject to availability.
