Bookings in Republic of Ireland

TUI, with whom you make a contract when you book, is operated by TUI Holidays Ireland Limited.

We hold Tour Operators Licence Number T.O. 272 issued by the Irish Aviation Authority and as a requirement have arranged an approved secured bond to financially protect flight only bookings. As requirement of our Tour Operator Licence, we’ve also arranged a total payment protection policy with International Passenger Protection (Malta) Ltd (IPP) to financially protect package holiday bookings. This means that when you book a holiday with us you can be entirely confident that in the unlikely event of our insolvency before or during your holiday, any money you have paid to us is fully secured, and if you are overseas, that full arrangements will be made to repatriate you at the end of your holiday.
